• Changing your research area or ZIP code
• Stopping text messages or emails, or closing your sign-up
• Asking for a copy of the details we hold, or for them to be deleted
• A question about how matching works before you join
• Reporting something on this site that looks wrong

What we cannot help with

Questions about a particular study, its visits or your eligibility belong with that study’s research team, whose details are in any match we send. For anything about your health, please speak with your own doctor.

We answer messages Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Mountain, usually within one working day.
